I started pricing a new heating solution for my house 6 months ago. I got four bids and Cozy Heating came in the lowest for the same or higher quality equipment. During the bid the Representative told me that my city didn't allow heat pumps where I wanted mine installed. Despite that they stuck by my side four months haggling with the city and going through a variance process (formal application, proposed land use sign, the works) even providing a statement for the Hearing examiner on the function of heat pumps (all done before they knew if they would even be able to sell me a heating solution).
Once the variance was approved with the city, they got the heat pump installed in a very timely fashion. The installers were amazing. They threw in an accessory to make the pump quieter for free.
I really appreciate Cozy Heating for all the work they did above and beyond the sale of my new heating solution.
