Each time I have called I get an appointment in a reasonable time, the tech is professional and knowledgable, the prices are fair. Great communication and a great asset to our community. They are not all about makkng money, twice I had concerns that they addressed no charge, the first I bent the latch to the door on my air filter and they had me bring it to the shop snd fixed it, the other was a trouble call after the warranty but when finding it was a false alarm didnot charge me even though I had expected to pay for their time. 100% love them.
I have been a Cozy custoner for 15 yesrs because the techs know what they are doing, they have fair prices, and give good communication. It is usually easy to schedule an appointment. I would refer them without hesitation.
We had a new heat pump installed a few years ago and signed up with their monthly plan for regular maintenance and twice-yearly inspection of our two units. We have had excellent service both with the installation and maintenance contract. They have called in advance to do the maintenance service and contacted us with the approximate time of the service. To date, Alex has arrived on time. He is personal and professional. We trust his work and recommendations. We have had a 5-star rating for Cozy.
Easy to schedule, the availability for a routine maintenance was only about a week out. The technician Christopher Stanton was very knowledgeable and gave me a lot of great information about maintenance. I will definitely be referring him and Cozy heating to my future clients and real estate agent associates to serve their clients better.
Cozy Heating installed our system when the house was built. They have been terrific to work with, they have answered all of our questions and concerns. They come out twice a year to check the system out. Their tech is awesome, always going over his findings with us. It makes us feel secure.
