Cozy Heating recently came to troubleshoot an issue with the new electric furnace I bought from them. They realized that it was a faulty install by a former employee and they immediately wanted to make it right for us and waived the labor costs of fixing the matter. I appreciate very much their honesty, integrity, and standing behind their work. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

My furnace died on a 32 degree day. I called and the office staff (I wish I remembered her name because she was great!) was able to rearrange schedules and fit in a technician the same day. Alex came out and did an excellent job trouble shooting and fixing my issue in short order. This is the second time I've had great service from them. I'll continue to go to them, including when I need to replace my furnace or ac. Great job Cozy heating!

The technician Dillon was great. He explained everything in great detail and was very professional. The office staff have been pleasant to work with too.
We had a situation occur when our heat went out at 1am. Our household includes temperature sensitive critters so no heat in the middle of a cold February night is potentially a major disaster. Thankfully Cozy Heating had an availability right away and we had one of their fine technicians diagnose and repair our errant furnace. Everyone is safe and sound and we're incredibly grateful. Their technician was prompt, professional, upbeat, and fast! Prices were reasonable given the urgency and cost of parts factored in. Two thumbs up!
