I am so happy with cozy heating, I called Monday morning they got me in Tuesday. The office had a cancellation in the morning and we're able to come out sooner than expected! Stephan the technician was very professional and was able to fix our A/C unit in a timely manner. This was our first time using Cozy and we will definitely be working with them again!!
We have used cozy heating for years for maintenance and service to our furnace. The time finally came to get a new furnace and upgrade to AC as well. We did multiple bids and cozy once again was #1. The process from start to finish was amazing! The crew on the day of installation was on point and kept me informed of the process! They were awesome! Thanks Cozy Heating! We will be cool this summer.

I don't think there are enough words to express my gratitude to Cozy Heating. My dad is 87 and lives 45min north of me in Mount Vernon. He has had a run of bad luck and a couple of months ago his heating decided to join the bad luck club. He had a local company come out and when he shared with me their assessment I was floored. A full replacement was needed as the part needed was no longer manufactured, it would cost him thousands. This was on top of all the other home repairs he was facing due to a leak in his home. I called my friend who had owned a reputable heating company for some advice. He came out to give my dad and I a second opinion. He then reached out to his friends at Cozy and explained the situation. Cozy didn't hesitate and came out right away and took care of my dad by replacing the "part" that went bad…yes the part could be ordered. They did share that he should start saving for a replacement but he still has some life in his current system. They saved him thousands which relieved my dads stress level as he is on a fixed income. My dad is now cozy again thanks to Cozy Heating. Thank you for restoring my faith in companies and showing how we take care of our community, specifically our elder generations with honesty, reliability, compassion and a warm smile. You are amazing and this truly isn't enough to thank you for what you did for my dad.

I called in the morning and a technician was out that afternoon. Alex was very professional and took the time to explain everything to me. He went above and beyond for me and I really appreciate it. I will be a repeat customer for sure.

5 star +++++++ The office staff are kind, efficient, timely, knowledgeable and patient. The technician was extremely knowledgeable, timely, professional, and extremely polite! I can see why cozy heating has been in business for as long as they have. I highly recommend them, and will use them again if/when needed.
They were able to get my water heater and furnace up and going again and made it easy for me to understand what was going on.
Very friendly professional team replaced my original 22 year old furnace Feb 4. Team was punctual and completed installation in a timely manner. Replacement furnace much better than the OEM furnace originally installed in my house when new 22 years ago. The American Standard furnace they installed is top rate, and with the addition of a HEPA filtration system, the inside air is much cleaner than I've experienced in years. Would recommend this company to anyone who wants the job done right.
