They arrive on time as scheduled, always well groomed, clean trucks, pleasant and friendly, respectful and caring of property and issues. The employees are long term and that says a lot about this family owned business. I continue to provide referrals to friends/neighbors when asked. Our 32 year-old furnace finally gave up the ghost. Chris from Cozy Heating came to our house on Friday to discuss what furnaces were currently available. We chose a modulating Trane furnace and it was installed expertly by Cozy Heating on Wednesday. It is so quiet and efficient and we are enjoying it so much. We highly recommend contacting Cozy Heating when you need your furnace replaced or repaired. They also do water heaters!
Cozy with Technician Tristan have given us the best service one would expect. Prompt, pleasant and just great people. We have used their yearly maintenance program for four years and will continue into the future. We never worry about our HVAC equipment.
Update: Cozy was the original HVAC installer in our new home. We signed up for their twice a year maintenance program for a nominal monthly fee. We have really relied on Tristen our tech from day one almost five years ago. Tristan keeps our system in top operating condition. We don't even have to request him any more they set us up with Tristan automatically. Highly recommend Cozy where everyone is pleasant and great to work with.
