Woke to a cold house this morning. Called Cozy Heating and received an immediate call back from Stan the heating technician. He arrived within 35 minutes and troubleshot the furnace. He found the problem and installed new part, explaining the process for us. Stan was professional, very knowledgeable and gave us excellent customer service. We highly recommend Cozy Heating to all.

Had an issue with our furnace. Our technician was Dillion and is professional, knowledgeable and very pleasant. He found the problem and installed the part explaining the issue. He answered all our questions. For your heating needs Cozy Heating is the company to call.

Had an issue with the heater. Called Cozy and was scheduled the same day. Chris the technician was professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and explained everything he was doing. We highly recommend Cozy Heating for excellent service.
