Wonderful serviceman.
Last summer we had a new furnace installed and added a AC unit to go with it. Both my wife and I had waited many years to get one. The crew from Cozy Heating was outstanding in their service and were all very helpful when we asked questions. We give them FIVE stars!

I am so impressed. They do a thorough job at a reasonable price. A friend recommended them to me and I am so glad I called them. Thought there was an issue with my furnace, but it turned out to be the air return picking up odors from my husbands shop. The went ahead and serviced it for me (it had been about 7 years!) since I had already paid to have them come out and helped correct an issue with the blower speed that had bothered me since it was installed. So much better now! I would recommend them to anyone. Professional, polite, ********, and dedicated are all words I would use to describe them!

Thentechnician was on time (in fact 1/2 hour early). He explained what he was going to do and did it quickly. He kindly showed me how to clean the furnace filters (which my husband had done regularly before he died ... it was something I had never done before. He explained everything thoroughly to me. I was extremely happy with both the service and the price charged... especially as I was quoted $350 and $495 by two other companies I had called earlier. I was also scheduled for an earlier time than the others and Cozy actually called me and asked if I wanted somebody else's cancellation for a time that was 2 days early. Wow! That was a pleasant surprise, as I wanted to make certain that any winter snow wouldn't find me without heat.Believe me, the company's professionalism and affordable pricing will guarantee that Cozy Heating will be my new go to Furnace and AC source from now on. Cozy Heating rates A+++ in my opinion.as they were both affordable (In this day of massive price increases) and thorough.
