Cozy Heating has been extremely responsive and attentive to our furnace maintenance needs. Last winter, we had what appeared to be a leak from the furnace. Turns out the pipes under the house froze and the water was backing up and out of the weep hole in the furnace (that's what it's supposed to do). Called Cozy, they sent out a tech right away and he help defrost the piping and fix it so it will not happen again. We are on the maintenance program and Cozy reaches out (texts me, which I appreciate) and schedules a maintenance check up. Just had one done and they were right on time, performed the maintenance in a professional manner and emailed a report. Very professional. I highly recommend Cozy Heating for installation, maintenance and repair of your furnace.

Cozy heating was great to work with from Justin who came out and did inital inspection, presented products and cost and finally an installation date. Installation went smooth and took a day and a half. I updated my gas furnace and added AC. ALSO did my hot water tank at the same time for a VERY reasonable cost. It's a service they provide for their customers when doing HVAC system updates only. Additionally this happened September of 2023 but came time for real summer and to turn the AC on full blast and just something wasn't working as the house was no getting cold. Called them up they came out within the next couple days. Diagnosed the issue (motor was a problem) fixed it with a temp part and ordered the original warranty part and came back out and installed it. Of course free of charge. Their customer service alone is fabulous. Also all the communication is wonderful too.

Great service! I called to schedule an appointment, and amazingly there was a technician in my area already. He came, diagnosed the problem and fixed it in less than an hour.

Amazing service! Alex is a great tech. Really fair price. Solved our problem perfectly. Our heat pump works better that when it was installed!
