Had a tune up very professional and he explained what he had done to me in layman terms.
I highly recommend Cozy Heating to everyone. Their service men are knowledgeable, fast and friendly. I also liked that the tech had brought boot socks to wear inside to keep the carpet clean. The office staff are equally friendly and helpful. I have used Cozy Heating for all my heat pump needs and will continue to do so. Thank you. Name withheld for privacy.

Excellent service as usual. We have used them for 10 years for maintenance and occasionally for repairs which hasn't been often due to their maintenance.
Alex came out and was super friendly and helpful. He recommended what needed to be upgraded and completed the maintenance in a timely manner. I will always choose Cozy Heating! They also give a 10% discount for first responders.
