They had a little trouble getting the new system to work with the old configuration, but were extremely responsive in getting someone out here to finish the job at no extra cost. That was great customer service. Much appreciated.

Last summer we had a new furnace installed and added a AC unit to go with it. Both my wife and I had waited many years to get one. The crew from Cozy Heating was outstanding in their service and were all very helpful when we asked questions. We give them FIVE stars!

I am so impressed. They do a thorough job at a reasonable price. A friend recommended them to me and I am so glad I called them. Thought there was an issue with my furnace, but it turned out to be the air return picking up odors from my husbands shop. The went ahead and serviced it for me (it had been about 7 years!) since I had already paid to have them come out and helped correct an issue with the blower speed that had bothered me since it was installed. So much better now! I would recommend them to anyone. Professional, polite, ********, and dedicated are all words I would use to describe them!
