Dude showed up with a good attitude and eagerness to help. He listened to the issues we had with our furnace and was able to reassure me that he can quickly diagnose the needed repairs. It's very cold right now so we needed the furnace fixed quickly.
In a short amount of time the issue was resolved and he explained what he did to repair the furnace. He also explained the extra steps he took to evaluate the performance of the furnace to make sure there were no other issues and that the furnace would work as expected. He didn't try to up sell me parts or a new furnace.

Chris did an Amazing job with my annual maintenance service. He made sure the furnace was working efficiently and checked the thermostat and made sure it was working correctly. He was very professional and courteous. I highly recommend him and Cozy Heating.
