Always the best service.
Cozy tech came out to service our furnace in preparation for winter. He arrived well within my window and called beforehand to update me with his arrival time. Polite, professional and, from my amateur standpoint, did an excellent job with the maintenance. We will continue to use Cozy for our heating/cooling needs.

Always on time, courteous and explains everything so I can understand what is being done and why. When my heat pump went out years ago they came right out and got me up and running in no time. (it was the middle of winter)
